  3. Enter your pet's name if you would like it added.

  4. Upload a clear photo of your pet.

  5. We will prepare a portrait preview for your approval.

  6. After approval, your portrait will be carefully hand-painted.

  7. Your finished charm will be checked and shipped to you.

Photo Tips

For the best result, please send a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face and important markings. Front-facing or slightly angled photos usually work best.

If you're unsure which photo to use, feel free to send us several photos and we can help you choose.

Processing Time

Your preview is normally prepared within 24 hours.

After approval, hand-painting usually takes 3–5 business days, followed by approximately 2–3 days for drying and final finishing.

Because every piece is handmade, slight differences in brush strokes and details are natural and make each portrait truly unique.

Shipping

Shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days after completion, depending on the destination.

Please allow approximately 10–15 days in total from order placement to delivery. During busy holiday periods, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
