Shipping & Returns
Lead times, delivery and what happens if something is wrong
Everything is made to order. The lead time on each product page is the honest number of working days our studio needs before your piece is dispatched — not a padded estimate.
Lead times by piece
- Charms and tins
- 2–3 working days in the studio
- Standing prints and ornaments
- 3 working days
- Portrait frames and boxes
- 4–5 working days
- Jewelry
- 4–8 working days
- Memorial pieces
- 7–8 working days, and we will hold the order as long as you need
Delivery
Standard delivery is free over $75 and arrives 5–8 working days after dispatch. Express is 2–3 working days after dispatch and costs $14.95.
We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
If something is wrong
Because every piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. What we will do, without argument, is remake anything that does not match the preview you approved.
If your piece arrives damaged, or the engraving is not what you signed off, email hello@pawcreator.com with your order number and a photograph within 30 days. We will remake it at our cost.
Cancellations
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the artwork preview — that is usually within one working day of ordering. Once you have approved the preview the piece goes to the bench and we cannot stop it.
Still unsure about a date? Tell the studio when you need it and we will say plainly whether it can be done.
